HEAD OF ESTIMATION AND PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Nate's role as Head of Estimation and Pre-Construction is pivotal for SoHo, ensuring every project starts on solid footing before the first shovel hits the ground. He leads the estimation process and oversees all pre-construction planning, working closely with clients, architects, and our team to align scope, budget, and timeline so that construction runs smoothly from day one.
His background in business development and marketing gives him a unique perspective on this role. He understands not just the numbers behind a project, but the client relationship and vision driving it, which helps him anticipate challenges early and set projects up for success before construction begins.
Nate's enthusiasm for problem solving and his love for learning make him exceptionally thorough in the details that matter most in pre-construction: accurate estimates, smart planning, and clear communication that keeps everyone aligned before the build starts.

Joining SoHo in 2022, Nate brought with him a wealth of experience and insight deeply rooted in a lifetime surrounded by the construction industry. Coupled with a background in residential real estate and property management, Nate has always been intimately connected to homes and construction projects. This diverse experience has been instrumental in his role at SoHo, enabling him to understand the nuances of the industry and contribute significantly to our team.
