Fernando is a skilled carpenter whose craftsmanship helps bring SoHo’s projects to life. From framing and drywall to flooring and finish work, he contributes across many phases of construction with precision and care. Along with his hands-on skills, Fernando is also a licensed General Contractor with experience managing subcontractors and coordinating job sites, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the building process.

Since joining SoHo in 2022, Fernando has become an essential member of the team, applying his 13 years of general construction experience to various projects.
