1. Initial Consultation

2. Architecture & Design
Once your goals are clear, our architects translate them into tangible plans. As a top San Diego architecture firm, our architecture team creates drawings, blueprints, and 3D renderings, you’ll be able to clearly visualize your future space before construction begins.
When needed, we collaborate with structural engineers and interior designers to refine every detail. This integrated approach ensures your home is not only designed to reflect your style, but also built to last for generations.
Architecture Process:

We start with research and groundwork to set a strong foundation. This includes reviewing city requirements, measuring existing structures, documenting site conditions, and collaborating with you to align on goals.

Your vision begins to take shape with preliminary floor plans and elevations. At this stage, we also bring in engineers as needed to ensure the design is practical and achievable.

We refine the schematic concepts into more detailed plans, including site layouts, utilities, elevations, and sections, so every element is clearly defined.

Next, we prepare a comprehensive set of drawings and specifications. These are coordinated with engineers and serve as the essential guide for permitting and construction.

We take care of the details behind the scenes from coordinating with the city to securing approvals. With a clear schedule, budget, and permit in hand, your project is fully prepared to move forward without surprises.
3. Pre-Construction
Before construction begins, we make sure every detail is clear and achievable.
What happens here:

Reviewing site conditions, zoning, and city requirements so the design works in real life.

Walking the property with the architect, superintendent, and sometimes engineers to confirm scope.

Updating cost estimates based on finalized plans.

Working with you to choose finishes, fixtures, and materials (from tile and paint to flooring and hardware).
We organize all of this in your Monday.com project board — a single place where selections, schedules, and approvals live. This ensures you know exactly where things stand before we break ground.
4 .Construction
Your vision becomes reality. Our construction team manages the entire build, from framing to final details. To keep you informed, we provide a custom Gantt chart that’s updated weekly with progress, timelines, and milestones. You’ll also see real-time communication threads with your architect and designer, so everyone stays aligned as your project moves forward.

4-Year Extended Material Warranty – We only use top-quality materials and provide you with all manufacturer warranties. If an issue arises, our team will assist in coordinating repairs or replacements, and may even provide labor support at little to no cost.
