As Project Coordinator, Haley wears many hats, guiding projects from preconstruction and design through construction and final turnover. With a background in architectural drafting, estimating, and onsite supervision, she brings a well-rounded and hands-on approach to every phase of the build.

Haley grew up in the world of construction. Her father, a carpenter, introduced her to job sites at a young age. While her professional experience began in commercial construction, managing projects like schools, nursing homes, and science labs, her heart is rooted in residential work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
