Carpenter
Chas brings more than 20 years of residential construction experience to the SoHo team as our in-house carpenter. He discovered his passion for building at an early age, remodeling kitchens and bathrooms alongside his dad before eventually flipping his own homes in his early twenties. Wanting to understand every phase of the building process from the ground up, he committed himself fully to residential construction, where he developed the craftsmanship and expertise he brings to every project today.
A two-time World Snowboard Champion, Chas combines the discipline and dedication of a world-class athlete with decades of hands-on construction experience. His attention to detail, commitment to quality, and passion for building help ensure every SoHo project is executed with exceptional craftsmanship from start to finish.
