Chad is an integral part of SoHo as an Onsite Superintendent. With over twenty years in the construction industry, his experience is vital in driving the production of our projects. Chad's role goes beyond supervision; he ensures the continuous movement and progress of each project.

His involvement is key in problem-solving and navigating the diverse challenges that arise in construction. Chad thrives on the variety of tasks and steps in each project, finding excitement in the ever-changing landscape of construction work. His love for being active is evident in his hands-on approach to project management.
