Beachfront Remodel

A luxurious beachfront condo in Solana Beach, CA. A light and airy color palette, with shades of blue and white being used throughout the space. Natural wood materials and stone were incorporated into the design to add texture and depth.

  • This beachfront remodel included two bathrooms, the hallway and living room.

  • This remodel was designed with interior designer, Gil Berkovich, and the project was completed in August 2022.

  • Solana Beach is a coastal city located in San Diego County, California. It is situated along the Pacific Ocean and is known for its beautiful beaches, scenic coastal views, and relaxed atmosphere. The city has a population of around 13,000 people and is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. Solana Beach is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as several parks and recreational areas. The Cedros Design District, a shopping and dining area, is a popular spot for visitors. The city is also home to the Solana Beach Civic & Cultural Center which regularly host events and performances. The Fletcher Cove Park offers a playground, picnic area, and beach access. The Fletcher Cove Community Center is also a popular spot for activities. The city also has a train station that connects to other parts of San Diego County and is a convenient way to get around.
